Construction Contract Administrator
Gilbert Architects has an immediate opening for a qualified and experienced construction contract administrator based in the Lancaster, Pennsylvania area.
Duties will include on-site construction observation, coordination between contractors and the design team, reporting and recording information, shop drawing review, and attending progress meetings.
DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Three to five years of experience in the construction field with broad knowledge of construction practices and materials.
- Strong organizational abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Successful candidates must be able to work independently, handle multiple projects, and present a professional appearance.
